No, you do not need to have an account to shop on Attire Creart. But it is recommended that you register in order to avail offers and keep a history of your orders. Registered users will also get a notifications and previews of our new collection launch.
On the website, you can create your own account, which allows you to

The store is located at Hyderabad [Plot No 21, Banajara Hills, Journalist Colony, Road No-3, Hyderabad] and is open from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 08:00 pm. You are always welcome at our store to look at the entire Attire Creart collection.
Order Related Queries
Delivery charges for delivery in India are INR 150 for orders below INR 2500. For orders more than INR 2500, delivery is free in India.
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once it is shipped, and you still want to cancel the order there would be a deduction of INR 150, as the charges for packing and shipping charges. For cancellations, you can write to us at info@attirecreart.com with the subject mentioned as ‘Order cancellation’.
We regret that you had to face this inconvenience. Here are some options: Try using a different browser or device if possible or write to us on info@attirecreart.com or call us on +91 96420 13000 and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we do not take pre-orders. You can click on “Notify When Available” tab and you will get an email once a similar piece is in stock. Also, keep checking the Instagram account for more information on new product launches.
In case you have placed your order twice and would like to cancel one of the orders, do contact us immediately – on info@attirecreart.com mentioning the subject line as ‘Order cancellation’. We will look into the matter and cancel one of your orders. You will get the refund amount via the same payment method you used when placing your order.
You can visit the website www.Attirecreart.com and go to “My Orders” section under “My Account”. You will also receive email notifications with the status of your order.
Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment. Since the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. You can email us on info@attirecreart.com to inform about such a situation. We will try our best to get the same resolved if the order is not shipped.
The reasons why you would have partially received the order are:
- Your shipment may be done in 2 different parts and the other shipment would still be in transit
- The stock for the remaining items was not available. In this case, you will receive a call or email from us informing you of the same. You can then go to the website and select a new item for your order.

The delivery time varies on the basis of the destination city of delivery. Typically it takes 3-4 days for all metros and Tier 1 cities. It may take up to 5 days for delivery in Tier II cities. For some cities in North India and J&K, it may take up to 10 days for delivery. At times, due to unforeseen reasons there may be some delay in shipment. We will appreciate your patience during these times and we will ensure to get your delivery to you as soon as possible.

Once you have selected the item(s), you can pay via Netbanking, Credit Card and Debit Card, UPI. All credit card and debit card payments on Attire Creart are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. We do not have Cash on Delivery option for our products.
Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email from Attire Creart confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the Order Number, details of the order and the amount you have paid. You will also receive an SMS confirming the same.
Once you confirm the order, the items are shipped through one of our trusted courier partners. All these partners are reputed logistics service providers and we screen them extensively before partnering with them. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SM notification with details of the courier partner and the tracking number. We will also inform you the estimated date of delivery through email and SMS.
Once you have completed the payment process, you cannot add or edit the order. You can place another order by selecting the additional items and completing the order and payment process for them.
On the website, go to the products link where you can browse through various items and select the item(s) of your choice. Click on ‘Add to Cart’ option to add the item(s) to your shopping bag. Click on the cart icon on the top of the page and select checkout. You can then proceed to payment options and complete the payment. You will receive an order confirmation on email as well as through SMS on the registered mobile number.
Refund and Exchange Policy
In case of the below mentioned points, the returns or exchanges are not possible:
- The return request is initiated after more than 48 hours from the date of delivery
- Item(s) of the order are used or damaged
- Tags of the items were removed or damaged
- If the product has been customised on your request
Attire Creart practices a simple and hassle-free Return Policy. You can raise a Return Request on the website through “My Orders” in “My Account” tab. Or you can write to us at info@attirecreart.com and we will try to resolve the issue. Return is done only in case of a manufacturing defect, which is brought to light immediately on delivery along with a photograph. The product will need to be returned in the same condition, and your refund will be processed in 5-7 working days through the same source used during payment. No Returns or Exchanges would be acceptable if the Return Request is not filled within 48 hours of receiving the product.
